So, just who is this "ADMIN" person?

Well actually, ADMIN isn't a person. Most often he's one of two people, but sometimes he's both!

Chris might be ADMIN.
Patrick might be ADMIN.

It depends a bit on the time of day... the day of the week... maybe even the phases of the moon!
(...or perhaps El Niño and La Niña have something to do with it!)
