At WorkingNet we make your goals paramount, but we have goals too. Our primary goal is to make certain that your organization or business is best-suited by the decisions you make regarding your Internet presence. To that end we set the following objectives:
- Develop strategic technology plans based on client input, needs assessment, and client's service population
- Enact a full-service implementation of networked information services facilitating client independence in future development
- Serve as visionary leaders in defining new technologies and methods of sharing networked information to client constituencies
We know that many of our new customers don't call on us until after they've had an imperfect experience with another Internet management group or, perhaps, after making some "in-house" mistakes. That's why our first step is always to assess where you currently are, and then to work from there to get you to where you want to go.

The Nuts and Bolts
Through interviews with your key staff, the completion of our self-directed questionnaires, and/or on-site visits for "future focusing" excercises, we'll help you define a clear and reasonable plan to enhance your on-line presence. Some of the specific assessment services we offer include:
- Perform a needs assessment and survey of systems and technologies
- Conduct focus groups and interviews on information management and services
- Assist client in developing an electronic public image (information/sales blueprint)
- Facilitate strategic planning in information technology (systems analysis, business review, automation)
- Develop grant writing for technology initiatives based on strategic objectives matched with funding sources [For our nonprofit clients.]
